1. Acceptance
By creating a Conexo account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Conexo.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some jurisdictions).
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone else.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, dox or discriminate against other users.
- Post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading content.
- Scrape, spam, or interfere with the service.
- List events, classes or profiles for anyone other than yourself or your studio.

4. Provider obligations
If you act as an Organiser, Studio Owner or Instructor, you also agree to:
- Only publish events, classes and festivals you are legally entitled to run.
- Provide accurate dates, venues, capacity, pricing and refund terms.
- Honour bookings, deliver the service as described, and respond to attendee questions.
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding before publishing paid events, mini-festivals, festivals or classes. Free socials don't require Stripe.
- Comply with your local laws on tax, consumer protection, health & safety, and licensing.
- Issue refunds when required by your stated policy or by applicable law.
5. Payments & commission
- Payments for paid events, mini-festivals, festivals and classes are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect. Conexo never stores your card details.
- Funds are paid out to the provider's connected Stripe account on Stripe's standard schedule.
- Socials: Conexo charges 0% commission, always.
- Festivals and mini-festivals: 0% commission until 1 January 2028, then 10% per paid booking platform-wide. Classes: 10% per paid booking.
- Stripe's own processing fees are deducted by Stripe before payout.
6. Refunds & cancellation
See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: the provider sets their refund policy and is responsible for issuing refunds. Conexo facilitates refunds via Stripe but is not the merchant of record.
7. Content you post
You keep ownership of your photos, descriptions and reviews. You grant Conexo a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display them so the service can function. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
8. Moderation & suspension
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice for serious or repeated breaches.
9. Disclaimers
Conexo is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any class or event will take place, and we are not liable for the conduct of providers or attendees. Always exercise common sense and your own judgement.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conexo's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
